Objectives

1.       Inform the stakeholders of Finnish forest sector about the Nordic and Baltic host partnership for the IUFRO World Congress in Stockholm 2024

2.       Present possibilities for collaboration towards, during and after the congress, e.g. exhibitions, pre and post congress excursions, media events, regional Stockholm statement group ect.

3.       Open a dialogue about expected research topics for 2024 and for the future

4.       Open dialogue about the expected legacy from the 2024 congress

2.       Introduction (Fredrik Ingemarson, SLU)

a.       IUFRO as an organization, the role world congress
